Poder ejecutivo anuncia reforma al INSS que implica “aumentar las tasas de contribución de trabajadores y empresarios”, entre otras acciones con el fin de garantizar “estabilidad financiera” al Instituto Nicaragüense de Seguridad Social (INSS).
