IACHR visits Matagalpa to listen and document the testimonies of the population. The IACHR interviewed 24 wounded, 19 of them by firearms in the municipality of Matagalpa. They also visit the Lenin Fonseca Hospital and the prisons of Tipitapa and El Chipote where dozens of people who were arrested during the protests are located.
