The Secretary General of the IACHR, Paulo Abrao, appeals to the students to accompany and record the events that took place at UNA.

Telemaco Talavera, rector of UNA and participant in the Dialogue by the government, issued a statement rejecting the police action against his students. From this date, he does not participate in the following sessions of the Dialogue.

UNAN, UPOLI and Monimbó in Masaya reactivate roadblocks.

Peasant Movement announce that they are retaking the streets and the roadblocks for attacking UNA students. They report that there are 16 roadblocks in different areas of the country already active.
